Horner Associates was formed in Barnsley in 1995, by Richard Horner, the current Managing Director. Since then the company has expanded significantly and has a well respected Survey Department as well as being recognised as one of the market leaders providing a specialist support service for new home developers.

The Survey Department opened in 1998 and has enjoyed rapid expansion, seeing the company appointed to numerous bank and building society panels as well as carrying out surveys for many of the national and local new home builders.
