Horner Associates was formed in Barnsley in 1995, by Richard Horner, the current Managing Director. Since then the company has expanded significantly and has a well respected Survey Department as well as being recognised as one of the market leaders providing a specialist support service for new home developers.
The Survey Department opened over a decade ago and it now works for many of the top mortgage companies and banks as panel surveyors and also carries out surveys for many national and local new home builders.
In addition to our Sales Consultancy, Survey Department and Residential Apartment Management Departments we also offer a wide range of other property related services.
